Friends, you guys have made it all worth living (part 1)

man its been 6 years and thinking of all the memories and times, its been a great run. heres to some i can remember. (sorry if ive missed you, but i care about you guys all too much)

i remember zhou you are actually one of the few i actually know from before fort st. seeing u arrive from wollongong in the last term of blaxcell street. always were so quiet but u tend to talk alot sometimes and have fun. always a cool dude zhou. u remind of those silly old men for some reason (maybe its the glasses) when you start to muck around.

one of the first dudes i met. short sensible and frigid. lol about the last part, but its a word i think describes you went u dont want to do something :P man you have always stuck to the code and moral ethics. probably one of the strongest morals in a person, so hard to move you >< you ="]

Ben Wong
funny mr pineapple head. i never really stuck to that name, never saw the pineapple in you really. maybe it was just too much billy and king influence heh. but yeah, thanks for letting me tune out on ur ipod, excellent music, lots of "emo" lol as u classified it and ofcourse, game music! this guy introduced me to the world of mp3 game music, much <3>

this guy can change moods very easily imo. and hard to change his mood sometimes which can be good or bad. but ive had the best laughs with this guy, stomache hurting laughs. the ones that go for ages, usually about people lol. this guy can come up with some of the weirdest and sickest ideas, or jus play along with them. ah many tafe nites with this guy and king spent talking about anything and everything, miss those discussions. funny how u said u would never get back in the game till long time after hsc, well didnt take long heh, gratz. always were so random.

Wallace
ah another guy who ive had the best laughs with. this guy can laugh his stomache out, has one of the most comforting laughs ever, just makes you want to laugh haha. ah what did we do over the years? mostly just laugh i think. about what i cant remember. ah basketball, one of things you go crazy about. i remember u telling me about iverson or some other bballers and id jus look blank and go yeah lol. ah now i remember, "poke XD" lol that was a good period. so much to talk about but cant remember anything atm, gah. cant remember u without ur hat.

ah Long Hai
the new guy from before, his name fits his hobby, long and high, yep u kicked the football pretty far and you were super sporty, loved most sports i think, basketball, football, soccer, handball lol. i dont think i can remember you without ur hat, but you have probably got one of the most asian faces hehe, which isnt a bad thing :P i remember how you used to like the way i laughed, how it made you laugh lol *shakes fist* ahah nah jus jk, i know u never meant to diss, one of the few that never do, which is a good thing. in year 9/10 when we had fraser i beat you in maths! thinking of that now, it feels weird coz its quite the reverse. u always were so worried over marks, but who isnt ispose. haha u always seem to say "oh uhm *yada yada* has it" or something along those lines while expressing with ur hands, lol that jus jumped to mind. anyways this guy likes to hog stuff! probably too much love for sport, but yeah one thing we all know abt u :P

What is a Catchment?
-->A catchment is an area where water is collected by the natural landscape. In a catchment, all rain and run-off water eventually flows to a creek, river, lake or ocean, or into the groundwater system.
Healthy catchments provide:
· a source of clean drinking water
· unspoilt natural areas for recreation and scenic enjoyment
· habitat for plants and animals
· healthy vegetation and waterways
· reliable and clean water for stock and irrigation, and
· opportunities for sustainable agribusiness and industry

Water Quality Monitoring
For customer quality assurance and public health reporting, the SCA operates an extensive water quality and quantity monitoring network as part of our catchment and storage management programs.
In addition to routine monitoring, special programs now deal with protozoa and incidents, such as oil spills.
Monitoring for the protozoan parasites Cryptosporidium and Giardia is carried out daily at Warragamba Dam and Broughton's Pass Weir, twice-weekly in Prospect Reservoir, weekly in Wingecarribee Dam and Werriberri Creek (the nearest inflow to Warragamba Dam), and monthly in the Wollondilly River. Automatic samplers test for protozoa during storm events at seven locations on inflows to Lake Burragorang.
The SCA has introduced 'hotspot' protozoa monitoring in carefully chosen places around the catchment, such as below sewage treatment plants, sale yards and piggeries.
Following recommendations of the 1998 Sydney Water Inquiry, additional protozoa testing to complement our own regime is carried out by an independent laboratory.
We monitor for pesticides and blue green algae and develop contingency and emergency response plans to deal with incidents such as suspected or actual pollution, major floods, or any water quality problems.

Holidays??? more like Hellidays

yeah the title is a bit lame but meh its pretty much what im trying to say.
well these holidays have been fun n jam packed with work work work! nearly every 2 days sometimes 3-4 days in a row of tutor tutor tutor tutor.. but it all pays off in the end i hope and atleast this time i did some sort of work done rather than last time where i pretty much bludged the whole day then regretted not working at the end of it.

however some of it has been fun, watched a couple of movies this holidays, some good (Pirates!) some meh (Superman..) and some pretty cool even tho their kids movies (Cars!, its actually pretty awesome, s2 Disney). While all the other dudes r playing dota lol i ended up playing some wow a bit (hey i deserve some sort of fun)

ah crap tutor very soon, cyas, and good luck to all those with ther studying and upcoming trials.

i remembered today, and im glad ive made it =]

ahh 19605 such an interesting period, well its a year and its all good =]
man that was such an intense few months of life back then, atleast by now its all good :)

ahh that feeling after assessments is extremely rewarding =]
chem was the last exam, wasnt too bad, made up some properties for the biopolymer part and accidentally called PHB as Biopol =/ hope they dont notice hehe.

summary of stressful tests
english- probly worst one out of em all. the question was not what i practiced so had to restructure whole essay.
maths 2u - was alrite, a few silly mistakes, finished on the dot.
phys - mostly motors n gen which was dissapointing since i went thru space and the theories twice as much. overall alrite. finished with abt 10 mins to spare
maths 3u - evry1 sed it was easy, which means im going to get below average since its going to be so high. too many stupid mistakes. and the last question was totally stuffd up.
chem - last but not least, overall easier than expected but yeah only one question that i had to guess and fudge a bit haha.

overall it was a balanced week, could of put more time into studying like weeks before instead of the week leading up to the assessments >_<>

yesterday when got home just took a shower and slept, never had such a good sleep in a long time, was so happy for the rest of the day. fixed up my desk and cleaned up the room a bit, so many notes n text books around, and even clothes. bad news tho is that now im capped, tho good thing is that its only for anotehr week or so.

regardless woke up today at 7 and the sun was so bright and happy XD had the best sleep and dream. perfect day to go out and do something.

nearly a month since last post. workload is bearable, but its climbing. school seems alrite. dropped software a week or so ago, so down to 11units =]

many uni's to choose from and scholarships and cadetships and so forth to think about. good that the school is organising many talks on uni n stuff, so far the med was the best.

tutor is now crazy, doing somewhere near 11hrs, hoping to get rid off 1 or 2 tutors.
basically got 1 for maths, 1 for eng, 2 for chem, 2 for phys. now fri sat n sun are busy days.
well this better pay off in the end with a nice UAI.

basketball afta school on wed is probly the only fun n movement i get nowadays, sumtimes in lunch. been eating alot more than before (which is alot) maybe i should start taking after henry and his fitness regime, tho his starting to freak me n anton out alot, esp in physics and his nuts diet =/

a small list of whats happened in the last 30 days: (in no particular order)
- dropped sd
- got hit in the balls by a tennis ball (by anton) during one game of pegs
- sprained ankle (tho was worth it, did a dbl fake on longhai and scored)
- failed software test, tho dont have to worry coz its gone
- did ok in maths test, tho can do much better with practice
- have a new tutor with henry
- new shoes
- games decreased to like 1-2hrs a week (from like 12)
- television increased by 200% (due to house/oc/rove)
- new 1.25 L water bottle
- behind in accounting. but 'stole' text book to finish the course over 2 weeknds ;)
- it came back after i thot i shoved it out of my life..
- interest in rock (indie/emo) but im not emo (as anton n harry says)
- been using harry lams mp3 alot
- attending alot of chem classes in free periods
- attended fellowship, havent done something spiritual in 6 years

oh and blogged.

assessments in a fortnite or so. gluck all, study now, fun later =]

no handball today

slept in abt 10 mins extra today, which caused a bit of mayhem. had express shower and ran straight for the train just making it, phew =]

first period was english, went thru sum more chaucer translations and that mini essay is due wednesday. then software in k building. lucas just copied questions in book and made us work in pairs =/ didnt learn much as usual. we got our logbooks returned and feedback, he seemed surprisingly happy with mine (thats new) so yeah finally felt good abt lucas for once. today had year meeting in hall. received sum uni info and stayed back to ask mrs ross about dropping software.

ended up spending recess in the hall sitting up near the stand listening to jackson on the piano. sheila wouldnt let him stop playing an jing lol. bell rang and some ppl went off to class while ray decided to skip abit of maths, so i stayed back to (not like we learning anything with mr moomoo). then physics, mr ryan makes it so complicated, couldnt follow it this time. sed happy bday to sadaya. then was lunch.

evry1 was ready to play handball but longhai never came. so we all ended up talking and mainly anton/henry/me/john spent the lunch doing 'stuff' was very random as usual, so maybe actually not that random but more expected. then maths again. didnt get much work done this lesson, spent it laughing alot with khu, we were so high today. then class sang sadaya happy bday and we all got chocolate from sadaya =] so delicious tooo! so me n khu tried to get more, hehe ended up just getting to see her bday presents, but as we walked back to our seats khu stole one of chenny's choc haha, but we returned it lol coz he wanted it :)

last was chem. just worked thru this worksheet revision on molar mass/moles etc and equilibrium. had arm wrestle with ben yan lol was funny. class sang sadaya happy bday again but no more chocs this time :( and then brian kept sayin it was trents bday as well which it wasnt lol (even tho he got a song too). bell rang and it looked like it was gonna rain on way home.

on a high atm, so ignore title, it just means its basically Valentines Day, obviously lol. so today evry1 was carrying flowers and presents and dressing smart for the occasion sum for a special sum1 (chenny =]) sum becoz 'full school uniform is t3h new cool!' (henry LoLs) .

so today was pretty average otherwise, had physics where we bludged as usual evry1 staring at henrys change to Full School Uniform inc tie n all, cept no blazer. then free period in the library. helped khu with sum accounting then tried to study sum maths and then roam around for the last 5 mins. in roll call a couple of ppl got roses, delivered by sum yr 9/10s i think.

recess we all mucked around playing handball, hehe benwong got his rose but immeadiately knew it was from us hehe shoulda made it less obvious.

in maths we were basically singin rock songs and stuff, harry lam even joined in heh. chenny mite b dropping 4u and joinin us stoopid 3u ppl, yay! then we can have a full singin band in the front row lols. english was more translating chaucer, and listening to sum crazy swedish sounding guy on the tape. anton tried to do the sleeping pen thing that i accidentally did lastday of last year, hehe looked funny.

then lunch, signed out then went off to play more handball. afta an excited game i 'accidentally' out of excitement kicked the ball to high, oops lol, and lost bens ball :( which ended in us looking for new things to do. played a bit of hide n seek, yes a bunch of yr 12s running around the school and hiding behind year 7s, must play 2moro =]

then tafe, which is not so bad since its all on computer now and pretty easy. on way back home king forgot his folder so we had to go all the way back n look for it. still made the train tho, luckily. billy got off at ashfield then was alone next to this old guy the rest of the way. ended up reading sum1 elses newspaper, was sumwat interesting for ther first time.

then home sweet home and showa =]

hmm well so far school seems calm, not many things happening. swimmin carnival on monday was pretty fun n worth going, also it being the last. legs still ache from the squats we played on the day, anton seems to still have it too, so if u saw us limping around, esp up n down stairs u know why =]

so far got english, maths, chem marks. english neeeds alot of improvement, maths needs sum as well, but at least did ok for 3unit. chemistry only one so far im happy with. lets see, valentines soon so billy, wallace, king and i went and bought 2 roses. for two very special ppl to us lol. cindy aided in writing it up with nice girly writing, thanks cindy =] and also wrote a nice message on the 2nd one.

behind in maths as usual, our techa is the worst. only started actual work like yesterday =/going to drop software as soon as ic an. with Mr Vigano gone :( and Mr Lucas replacing x.x its been very very frustrating. have to wait for this 3 week no drop subect thing.

today started more tutor. physics at pre uni and private tutor for english, which is the best decision of the year so far. tutor is really good n did hsc a few years ago so she knows alot of what were doing etc.

nothing much to do now at home bsides work work work. starting to watch alot of tv with all these shows popping up. goodnite, long day =.=

nat/cindy party

been waiting for a long time to go out (since ive been stuck at home doing nothn) and today finally came. woke up at 8 took a shower and all that yada yada. left home arnd 830 with dad and got driven to cindys. arrived at 9 hehe, just a lil early, cindy was still getting changed so i just started watchn sum cartoons. then cindy was ready and we both just watched GMA (surprisingly fun) guessing all the product prices and commenting randomly.

sumtime later more ppl came, cbb naming but u know who u are :) so by abt 1100 evry1 had arrived except reboc and evry1 was either on the comp or watchn monster in law. already seen it but still was sumwat fun to watch with u guys XD (lots of pillow ownership conflict happened all day btw) then afta listened on antons new ipod, so cool, small like a nano but not too small. lots of emo/rock/daftpunk!. listened to harder,better,faster,stronger for a bit n caused me to go on a mini high n jump around as if in a disco rave of sum sort, anyways.

by arnd 1ish reboc arrived soon after was lunch (icecream) followed by desert (kfc) hehe. wallace doesnt like kfc cos it makes him sick so he jus ate sum fruit. soon ppl were mahjonging and playing cards or on comp. sum were watchn an anthony callea concert (most likely goldies idea lol) listened to more ipod then played a bit of contra, only lasted a few games.

then went outside and jus felt sum sprinkle of rain on my face, felt nice, but then it stopped. me n wallace got bored so we began playing hand games (where u clap n stuff) this moved on to beth and nat joining in. wallace keeps making a mistake arnd 3 or 4 but later got up to 6. beth was really good at it and we made it all the way to 10, with a few tiny mistakes. then jackson came n tried it with wallace, which sorta didnt go too well haha.

afta a bit more practicing inside n outside we went in and nat opened up her presents, she got a toothbrush (:P), boxes, a ceramic thingo, boxes, simcard?, sumthn, more boxes and a puzzle of the photo. during this time wendy was filming/photoing so i borrowed it for a second and managed two photos of anton showing without his hand in the way =]

sumthn happened here which i cant remember.

then we watched freaky friday, kat n anton were battling for the seat. i think andrew n shari left afta the movie. then we watched a bit of jackie chan. then some of the girls left. shortly after we all sed our goodbyes and thankyous to cindy and left. we saw the bus coming so me n ben ran for it. we made it but the other slowpokes didnt.

waited at the station for them to arrive and then caught train home with jordon lawrence and diana. got home had a shower coz was sweaty and now blogging.

oh and just remembered, we were forced to watch girl tv. which was .... differnt
